	Welcome to Rockstone Cottage

	Rockstone Cottage is a family-run guest house offering bed and breakfast at Freshwater on the Isle of Wight. Built around 1790, it is situated 300 metres from the sandy beach of Colwell Bay in rural West Wight. The area is renowned for its beauty with lovely walks over the downs or along the sea front with views across Totland Bay to The Needles. The Coastal Path runs very close by and we welcome walkers and cyclists. We will also collect guests arriving on foot from the ferry or by boat at the harbour in nearby Yarmouth.



					Our aim is to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable in this lovely part of the island. We offer a high standard of accommodation and use local produce where possible. All bedrooms are en-suite with tea & coffee making facilities, colour TV and hair dryers. We also offer free internet access. The lounge overlooks the lovely garden open to guests.



	We are ideally situated with riding stables, golf course and leisure centre all within easy reach and a range of places to eat out within walking distance. A bus route passes the end of Colwell Chine Road.
