We support the EcoIsland initiative & use local island producers, businesses and Fair Trade produce where and when possible (subject to availability).
Our free range island eggs come from Mrs True at Woodside Farm or Sue Brownrigg at Sheepwash Farm. While Hamilton’s Fine Foods supply our bacon and sausages from free range Isle of Wight pork from Branston Farm at Apse Heath for 30 weeks of the year, with the other weeks being supplied from two farms in Hampshire.
